We have received a very generous contribution for the second year from the Haverstraw Elks [877] for our project to add 14 more apartments on the last remaining parcel of the former Camp Shanks on Western Highway in Tappan. This very patriotic gesture typifies how much the Elks add to the quality of life in Rockland County.
