There is a new wonderful tradition in Orangetown. Hot Cocoa stands operated by grammar school students in the cold weather to raise funds for the Rockland Homes For Heroes serving homeless veterans. The stands pictured below were located in Tappan, Piermont and Nyack, respectively.
